Candidate FAQs
What type of roles do you recruit for?
We specialise exclusively in remote roles across a range of industries. Common positions include:
- Administrative and virtual assistant roles
- Customer service and client support
- Operations and office coordination
- Marketing, content, and social media roles
- Bookkeeping and finance support
- E-commerce and business support positions
All roles are remote and aligned with Canadian employers.
Who can apply for remote roles?
You may apply if you are:
- Currently based in Canada or
- Moving to Canada with the legal right to work
We can only represent candidates who are legally eligible to work in Canada.
Are these roles freelance, contract, or employed positions?
Roles vary depending on the employer. Opportunities may include:
- Permanent employment
- Fixed-term contracts
- Contractor or remote support roles
The employment structure will always be clearly explained before you are put forward for any role.
Do I need previous remote work experience?
Remote work experience is beneficial but not always required. Employers value reliability, communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently. We assess suitability based on the specific role.
How does the application process work?
Our process is straightforward:
- You submit an application through our website
- Our team reviews your CV and experience
- If suitable, we contact you for further information or an interview
- You may be shortlisted and presented to an employer
- The employer decides who they would like to interview or hire
Not all applicants will be shortlisted, as roles are competitive.
Is there a fee to apply for jobs?
No. Candidates are never charged to apply for or be considered for roles. Our recruitment services are funded by employers.
Can you guarantee me a job?
No recruitment agency can guarantee employment. What we do provide is access to genuine remote opportunities and professional representation to employers when your skills align with their needs.
Will you help improve my CV or application?
We may provide guidance or feedback where appropriate, but we do not offer formal CV writing services. Your CV should be up to date and tailored for remote roles before applying.
How long does it take to hear back after applying?
Response times depend on the role and employer demand. If your profile matches current opportunities, we will contact you. Due to high application volumes, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually.
Will I be employed by you or the hiring company?
In most cases, you will be engaged directly by the hiring company. The exact employment or contract arrangement will be confirmed before any offer is made.
Are the roles fully remote?
Yes. All roles we recruit for are remote. Some employers may require availability during specific Canadian time zones, which will be clearly stated.
How do I increase my chances of being selected?
To improve your chances:
- Ensure your CV is clear, professional, and tailored
